At times we become so caught up in keeping others happy that we neglect ourselves, which then leads to feeling burnt out. Other times we find ourselves in similar toxic relationships multiple times. When it comes to our daily routines, sometimes we feel anxious or overwhelmed and other times we feel too depressed or lack the motivation to complete any of our tasks. Tami believes in empowering her clients to make positive changes and live a more fulfilling life. Whether that may be learning to focus on yourself while still maintaining a positive relationship with those around you or recognizing patterns in toxic relationships. Whatever the case may be, Tami believes in meeting you wherever you are on your journey (of therapy) and strives to help you connect with yourself and with those around you. |
